Cleaning Assignments - 1 Position, Viken/Rögle - Sweden

The arrival test period is 14 days. Followed by a contract of 16 months (with a rolling 3-month break clause).
No of hours per week:
Minimum 32 hours per week but on average most times 40 hours per week.
Pay per hour:
Once the test is passed positive long-term contract paid in SEK 165 per hour (pre-tax).
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depend on annual income level – once long-term usual fiscal charge by deductions reduced to 30% when resident).

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

- Drivers licence B
- Experience in cleaning
- Experience working in an exclusive environment
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition
Thought candidate Profile:
Candidate who have experience in cleaning and serving client’s needs with keeping place tidy. Candidate may have previously worked in hotel housekeeping.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for the next period as self-employed in Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time Euro 15 per test hour.
(14-day test do not apply to candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangement have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
House cleaning at private properties and occasionally will do some larger renovation cleaning tasks. Work is done individually but occasionally in a team.
The ultimate client:
Client is a small cleaning company who his hired by ultimate clients. There is a 2 – 3 workers. Management is Swedish. Workers are mainly from Poland.

Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards including, Internet available. Individual bedrooms and shared kitchen and toilets. Showers and Laundry room in accommodation building.
The accommodation is located 20 km from the business but as work is done at ultimate client so from time to time it occurs going straight from accommodation to the ultimate client.
Accommodation may change during contract but follow always minimum standards above
Car available for essential use.

Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).

Bed cloth PROVIDED by the client.
Work clothes are PROVIDED by the client.
