Depending on demand. – or more hours can apply. Cleaning is by project at the farms. Some can be up to 7 days in a row. There are free days between the projects. Some free days can be up to a handful.
Pay per hour:
Euro 13.80 per hour
Possible bonuses and increased pay can occur depending on management’s assessment of performance. This is voluntary by the management. Swedish Self-Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depends on annual income level). Alternative posted self-employed from the country of residence rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English
- Drivers licence
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from the CV, with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the first 14 days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the remaining period as self-employed in the Swedish model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 13.80 per hour.
(The 14-day test does not apply to candidates’ residents or prior residents in Sweden; in such cases, arrangements have to be made on a case-by-case basis with a short non-paid test at arrival.)
Task:
Cleaning mainly poultry farms (when no animals are present) with a high-pressure water hose. The task also includes drying and general cleaning tasks. The task is done by teamwork.
The ultimate client:
A business that provides cleaning services for farms in mainly the poultry sector. Management is young
Lithuanian – Swedish.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will follow the projects and be at the farms where the task is carried out or at nearby hotels, depending on each assignment. The team travels in a unit by transportation. The business’s main office is in Lidköping. However, jobs are carried out all over middle Sweden.
