Approximately 50 hours per week. Some days or periods may require more. Weekends are also included.
Two people will alternate in staffing our operation. The idea is that one works for 2-3 months and then has 2 months off. At times, it may be necessary for both individuals to work to ensure overlap.
A person who fits and would like to have a long-term contract can be considered after completing a shorter contract.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 50 hours per week (highly likely a bit more when it’s needed)
Pay per hour:
Euro 15.75 per hour
Swedish Self-Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depends on the annual income level) Alternative posted self- employed from country of resident rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English or Swedish is a must
- Drivers license B it’s a must
- Experience from a Chicken farm or a general animals farm work experience is required.
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the first 14 days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for the remaining period as self-employed in Sweden model.
Task: (The 14-day test do not apply to candidates residents or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangements have to be done on a case-by-case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Daily supervision of laying hens and packaging of eggs, as well as other tasks related to egg production.
Simple repairs and cleaning may also occur. Building maintenance may also be required.

Well-established family-operated chicken farm. Management is Swedish and a handful of workers mainly resident in Sweden work at the farm.

Accommodation:
Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards, including WIFI available. Individual bedrooms and shared kitchen and toilets.
The accommodation is on the farm. Closest supermarket, pharmacy, health centre at the main city 11 km away.
Car is possible to borrow from the farm manager for essential use.

Paid travel to and from the country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).
