About this recruitment
We are recruiting 1 farm worker for a dairy farm in Tomelilla, southern Sweden. The role focuses on feed mixing and is available from ASAP through mid-August 2026, with possible extension. The position is offered as a self-employed assignment through Dolphin Group.
Working hours and pay
Guaranteed minimum 50 hours per week over the whole contract period.
Work is usually 6 days a week, work is usually normal day time hours. During the first two month its an intensive period so work can be 7 days a week but co-ordination of free day with management can be done.
€16/hour (pre-taxes and social security).
Note the selected candidate will be Swedish Self Employed and earning are having approximately 37% fiscal charge.
Possible also posted self employment from other EU- countries special rules apply.
Probationary test for selected candidates maximum 14 days are paid at €16/hour (inconvenience pay only for NONE Swedish resident candidates/businesses). Test candidate will have free travel to and from test including accommodation.
Qualifications
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- ENGLISH or LATVIAN – communicative spoken skills
- Swedish language is a plus (not compulsory)
- Positive attitude towards physical work
- Good health condition
- Careful and focused at work
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in operating farm machinery
Candidate profile
Careful and focused person who is physically fit, social, and communicative. Used to working in a team. Previous experience with manual labour, preferably at farms or industrial sites.
Selection process
CV assessment
Assessment is done from CV in English, followed by a possible online interview.
14-day probationary test
If approved, the candidate travels to the site for a 14-day probationary test period.
Regular contract
If approved after the test period, the regular contract will commence.
Tasks
Mixing feed for the animals at a dairy farm. The mixing process requires carefulness and focus to ensure the feed is prepared correctly. The process is monitored.
The ultimate client
The farm is operated by a Swedish family. There is also Lithuanian staff and a sub-manager from Lithuania.
Accommodation
Free accommodation close to the workplace at the farm (0.5 km away).
The accommodation follows Dolphin’s minimum standards and includes a private bedroom in a small house or mobile home. Access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower is provided. Internet is available at the accommodation.
A kiosk is located 2 km away. The nearest town, with larger grocery stores, ATM, and pharmacy, is located 6 km away.
Transport can occasionally be arranged for domestic needs.

Travel
Free travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company for the 14-day test.
