About this recruitment
We are recruiting 1 milk farmer (or 2 as a couple) for a new client – a well-established family farm in Vikingstad, Sweden. The farm uses DeLaval robotic milking and has current staff from Sweden and Moldova. The position is offered as a self-employed posted worker assignment through Dolphin Group.
Working hours and pay
Minimum 45 hours/week. Schedule alternates between 06:00–15:00 and 09:00–18:00 every other week. Work every third weekend, with Monday and Tuesday off after a worked weekend.
Pay is €16/hour pre-taxes.

Qualifications
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English,(Swedish is a plus)
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience working with cows and farm animals.
- Drivers license B is required.
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health conditions
- If candidate come with own car is a plus. Otherwise if the candidate holds a valid driver’s license, they may borrow a car to go grocery shopping.
Candidate profile
A man or woman with experience in milk farming, handling cows and calves, and used to robotic milking systems. You are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a structured farm environment. Applying as a couple is welcome.
Selection process
CV assessment
Assessment is done from CV in English, followed by a possible online interview.
14-day probationary test
If approved, the candidate travels to the site for a 14-day probationary test period. Test hours are compensated at €16/hour.
Regular contract
If approved after the test period, the regular contract will commence.
Tasks
Daily care of dairy cows and calves. Milking using DeLaval robots. General farm duties related to animal care.
The ultimate client
Well-established family farm in Vikingstad, Sweden, with current staff from Sweden and Moldova. The farm uses DeLaval robotic milking technology.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided on the farm. Each candidate has their own room, with shared kitchen and toilet facilities. The closest supermarket, pharmacy and health centre are located 4 km away in the nearest town.
Main location and travel connections
Travel
Paid travel to and from your home country at arrival and departure. Travel during the assignment is not covered.

- Offered Swedish Self Employment as partner with assistance to get registered and filing to authorities.
- Support by Dolphin internal staff for, administration, travel and miscellaneous details.
- Candidate must have a full passport (not only national ID).
