About this recruitment
We are recruiting 1 sand blaster for a truck facility in Helsingborg, Sweden. The position is offered as a self-employed posted worker assignment through Dolphin Group. The client company has been established since 2018 and operates a professional workshop environment.
Working hours and pay
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). More work can from time to time be offered with longer work days or sometimes Saturday also.
€22/hour pre-taxes (once approved by arrival test). For Probationary test see below.

Qualifications
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Fair and communicative English or Polish (Note Polish candidates do not need English)
- Experience in handling sand blaster tasks
- Drivers license (minimum category B)
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition
Candidate profile
A reliable and physically fit worker with hands-on experience in sand blasting or similar industrial work. You communicate adequately in English or Polish and hold at least a Category B driving licence.
Selection process
CV assessment
Assessment is done from CV in English, followed by a possible online interview.
14-day probationary test
If approved, the candidate travels to the site for a 14-day probationary test period.
Regular contract
If approved after the test period, the regular contract will commence.
Tasks
Task with sand blastering components at trucks (sometimes cars). The task is carried out similar like when using a high pressure water hose. If candidates has other skills then occasionally task with car painting and installation might be given.
The ultimate client
The workshop has 4-5 people working simultaneously mainly from Sweden, Poland or the Baltic states.
Accommodation
Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards (that includes WI-FI 24/7).
Accommodation based in Helsingborg area and it’s about 25 km between workshop and accommodation one-way. Candidate will have access to a company car for travel.

Travel
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company.
Other details
- Offered Swedish Self Employment as a partner with assistance to get registered and filing to authorities.
- Support by Dolphin internal staff for, administration, travel and miscellaneous details.
- Candidate must have a full passport (not only national ID).
