Work is according to schedule with other co-workers including day off during week or weekend each week.
Pay per hour:
Euro 15 per hour (pre- taxes and social security)
Note that the selected candidate will be Swedish Self
Employed and earning are having approximately 37% fiscal charge.
Probationary test for selected candidates maximum 14 days are paid at Euro 15 per hour (inconvenience pay only for non-Swedish resident candidates). The test candidate will have free travel to and from test, including accommodation.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- English, communicative, spoken – verified
- Swedish or Danish language is not necessary, but a plus
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health conditions (no back problems)
- Experienced in cleaning and with an extra eye for cleaning tasks
- Knowledge from hotel work is a plus
Preferred candidates’ profile
Flexible person who is probably fit and communicative. Used to teamwork.
If two applicants can be a couple, friends, or siblings who fit the qualifications. Also have the ability to work alone.
Selection process:
From the CV in English, the hotel management will conduct, together with the Dolphin team, an online interview with candidate. If the candidate passes interviews, the next step is to travel to the site and conduct the 14-day arrival probationary test period. If the candidate passes tests, the regular contract will commence.
Task:
Room cleaning, other areas of hotel cleaning and maintaining the garden outdoors in proximity to the hotel. Housekeeping tasks may happen.
Info about the company:
Well established small hotel focused on clients playing golf, with two units (28 rooms) and one (20 rooms) located next to conference centre and restaurant with housekeeping unit based. Total number of rooms 48. Hotel have also a restaurant.
Current staff are mainly Swedish. Direct manager for hotel maintenance is Swedish and participate in the day to day work. All staff speaks communicative English.
Accommodation:
Free accommodation at site in a large well refurbished villa next to the part of hotel that deal with the Golf course. The part of hotel that deal with The conference is located 500 meters away by bike crossing the golf course or 1 km by regular road. The villa has 7 to 10 persons living each with own room including own toilet with shower. Kitchen, laundry room is shared with rules of use to be applied. There is possibility to have one family or friend visiting and sleep over in the persons own room as long based on following rules given. Free Internet WIFI 24/7.
Cleaning at accommodation is handled by the candidates themselves.
Bikes are available free for own use. Closest village 1 km away have, small supermarket, para-pharmacy and post office agent. ATM machines are 10 km in larger city with all kind of shops and service.
