After passed successfully arrival test, offered a first contract to 30th June 2027 with a rolling cancelation possibility for each party with 3 month prior notice.
No of hours per week:
Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week over the whole contract period. It’s assumed that possible work will exceed 40 hours per week but depends to what extent the candidate would like to take on more work.
Pay per hour:
EUR 21.00 per hour pre-taxes.
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depend on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from country of resident rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- English, communicative, spoken.
- Drivers license B is a plus.
- Positive to physical work.
- Having good health condition.
- Experience from car painting and car repairs.
- Teamwork ability.
Thought of candidate profile:
Flexible person who is fit, social and communicative. Devoted and engaged in the profession and used to teamwork. The candidate have previous experience with car painting and car repairs.
Selection process:
From CV in English. Dolphin team an online interview with candidate. If candidate pass interviews the next is to travel to the site and conduct the 14 days arrival probationary test period. If candidate pass tests the regular contract will commence.
Task:
- Straighten with spotter (light damage to sheet metal)
- Repair plastic (bumpers, plastic welding)
- Preparation (filler, sanding, priming)
- Painting (paint and clear coat, water-based products)
The ultimate client:
Family operated mechanic shop staff is Swedish and English speaking. Staff come from Tunisia and Azerbaijan.
Accommodation:
Accommodation follow Dolphin minimum standards. Access to fully equipped kitchen and toilet with shower. Internet provided at the accommodation.
