No of hours per week:
Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week over the whole contract period.
Most likely higher due to shifts and itsassumed that the number of hours reach 160 to 180 hours.
Milking of cows are done by shifts, 3 per day, starting 5 AM, 1 PM and 9 PM. Work is done by shifts but it can be mornings, evenings and weekends on the rolling shift planning. Free 1 to 2 days a week.
Pay per hour:
Euro 16 per hour (pre- taxes and social security).
Note the selected candidate will be Swedish Self Employed and earning are having approximately 37% fiscal charge.
Possible also posted self employment from other EU- countries special rules apply.
Probationary test for selected candidates maximum 14 days are paid at Euro 16 per hour (inconvenience pay only for none Swedish resident candidates). Test candidate will have free travel to and from test including accommodation.

Flexible person who is fit, social and communicative. Devoted and engaged in the profession and used to teamwork. The candidate have at least some background with dealing with animals, preferably cows.
Selection process:
From CV in English. Dolphin team an online interview with candidate. If candidate pass interviews the next is to travel to the site and conduct the 14 days arrival probationary test period. If candidate pass tests the regular contract will commence.
Task:
Work in shift (with other co-worker), milking the cows (carousel milking type). Dealing with calves morning and evening shift. Operating mini-loader for the sanding. General farm tasks.

Milk-farm with 400 milk cows and additional calves. Swedish management and other co workers, from Sweden, Lithuania and Bosnia.
