Number of people:
1 – 2 persons or ( a couple, both experienced)
Period:
1st of November 2025 – prolongation to a long-term contract. 6 months with possible
No of hours per week:
Minimum 48 hours per week. Work is planned at present to:
Milking 04.00 – 07.00, Calf care 07.00 – 08.00, then free time until 14.00 – 15.00 calf care, milking 15.00-18.00. Wednesday to Monday, Tuesdays off.
Pay per hour:
Euro 15 per hour.
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depends on annual income level), alternative posted self-employed from the country of residence, rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English or Polish
- Drivers licence B is a plus
- If candidate come with own car is a plus
- Experience from milk farming, cows and calves
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days.
candidate will sign contract for the remaining period as self-employed in Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 15 per hour. (14 days test do not apply to candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangement have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
The thought candidate:
A candidate man or woman who have experience with milk farming, handling cows and calves.
Task:
Dealing with the milking process and handling mainly cows and calves.
The ultimate client:
Well established family farm with current staff from Sweden and Poland.

Accommodation:
Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards including WIFI available. Individual bedrooms and shared kitchen and toilets.
The accommodation is on the farm with own two rooms, kitchen and toilet.
