Arrival test period 14 days. Followed by a 3-month contract if successful, a possible prolongation contract.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 40 hours, depending on weather conditions. More hours can occur depending on the person’s ability to work up to a maximum of 80 hours in extreme situations.
Pay per hour:
Euro 22.50 (after approved arrival test)
During the probationary arrival test, there is a payment for the loss of time at Euro 20 per hour.
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level), alternative posted self-employed from the country of residence, rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Fair and communicative English.
- Driving license: category B (CE is a plus)
- Practical Experience in:
- Combine Harvesting.
- Forage Chopping.
- Square baling and round baling.
- Handling Solid and Liquid Manure.
- Strong repair and Maintenance skills, including
- Welding/Turning- Lathe work.
- Positive to teamwork.
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health conditions
Thought candidate profile:
Someone who is strong and has experience in harvesting operations: combine harvesting, chopping, square baling, round baling, and solid and liquid manure handling.
Repair and maintenance skills, including welding, turning, and general machinery repairs.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with a possible online interview to select the candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for the next period as self-employed in the Swedish model.
(14 days test do not apply to candidate’s residents or prior residents in Sweden; in such cases arrangements have to be done on a case-by-case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Perform combine harvesting and forage chopping. Operate machinery for square baling and round baling. Handle both solid and liquid manure spreading. Carry out repair and maintenance work, including: Welding /Turning/lathe operations. General machinery repairs. modern machinery fleet.
The ultimate client:
Established a large pig farm, a Family-owned farm with three generations living on the site. Our team consists of people of all ages, ranging from 25-55) Swedish staff. 55 employees in the company and 2 young team leaders Swedish manager.

The accommodation is in proximity to the workplace with good standards. Private accommodation located on the farm. Bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, shared kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Wi-Fi available. Bedding and work clothes provided by the client.

Travel:
Paid travel to and from the country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).

Support by Dolphin internal staff for administration, travel and miscellaneous details. Bedding and work clothes PROVIDED by the client.
