Number of people:

1 to 2 people

Period:

6th of February 2024 Until the end of April 2024.

No of hours per week:

Minimum 40 hours per week.

Pay per hour:

13 Euro/h

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

English communicative (except for Polish applicants)
Having a good health condition
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in farm work (is a plus)
Driver’s license type B’ (is a plus)

Selection for the test is done from a CV & online interview. The test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay per test hour Euro 13. If the test is passed assignment can be agreed upon.

Candidate can be sent back if individual efficiency changes later during the contract to non-acceptable levels.

Selection process:

Assessment is done first from a CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.

Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the next period as self-employed in the Sweden model.

Test hours are compensated for loss of time Euro 13 per test hour.

(14-day tests do not apply to the candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases, arrangements have to be made on a case-to-case basis with a short non-paid test at arrival).

Task:

Picking and packing of cucumbers, care of plants in greenhouses.

The workplace is a greenhouse of 9500 square meters andpacking hall and coffee room, at the coffee room there is also a toilet and changing room and a shower, both for men and women.

Client company:

The farm is managed by a client who is a suede and there are some Polish workers at the farm.

Accommodation is new modules that are being installed newly, 110 m2 in total, 2 toilets, kitchen and small living room with kitchen
The accommodation is located next to the workplace, the nearest grocery store 3km walking distance 4 km car distance, the nearest ATM 5km, and the nearest pharmacy 5km.

Bicycles may be arranged for workers.
