The arrival test period is 14 days. Followed by a 3-month contract if successful. Followed by a plus 12-month contract renewable.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 40 hours per week (can become more). Work is following planned shifts. Some weekend work can occur. At least two full days free per week.
Pay per hour:
Payment is assessed due to skills and through the process. At the test (first 2 weeks) the payment is Euro 15.
For regular agreements after testing it might remain the same for a period as the test or increase with each contract. The second pay rate after review is Euro 16 per hour and at the desecration of the ultimate client.
Depending on skills and time pay rate can be reviewed upwards.
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depend on annual income level – once long-term usual fiscal charge by deductions reduced to 30% when resident).
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Fair and communicative English
- Drivers licence B
- Experience with the tractor is a plus
- Experience animals in particular cows
- Experience in animal farming
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
Thought candidate Profile:
A candidate who has experience in cow farming work with animals and who has experience in the use of a tractor.
If a candidate in addition has some knowledge of forest work it’s a great plus.
The candidate is expected to enjoy animal farming and feel comfortable working with cows.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from a CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the next period as self-employed in the Swedish model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 14 per hour.
(The 14-day test does not apply to the candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases, arrangements have to be made on a case-to-case basis with a short non-paid test at arrival).
Task:
Daily routine work with cow production and maintenance of cows (including, feeding, washing, general care and maintenance of cows). Some of the work by the use of a tractor (especially when it’s feeding). If experience permits some forest work may occur.
The ultimate client:
Established family-operated cow farm. Cow farms operate milking by robots (candidates do not need to have previous experience in milking by robot)
3 persons working (including the owner and wife and one employee all Swedish). Farmer also handles the size of land that is forest.

Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards including WIFI available. Individual bedrooms and shared kitchen and toilets.
Living is at the farm in an apartment shared with a tenant with individual bedrooms but a shared kitchen, and bathroom. The living conditions will be outside the farm during the months of November and December 2023 arranged by the ultimate client in fair distance to the farm.

Paid travel to and from the country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).
