Established client 2 years.

Number of people:

1 Person.

Period:

Start by 1st September 2023 and work to 31 December 2023 with possible prolongations if all parties agree.

No of hours per month:

Minimum 165 – hours a month more work is available.

Work is according to schedule with other co-workers including some weekends and holidays. Scheduled leave.

If a person working with family at home country, longer scheduled leave can be planned occasionally with a more intensive work schedule.

Pay per hour:

Established after qualifications are assessed at the test.

Pay per hour is expected approximately SEK 218 (Brutto/pre-tax).

Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.

Probationary tests for selected candidates a maximum of 14 days are paid at Euro 16 per hour (inconvenience pay only for none Swedish resident candidates). Test candidates will have free travel to and from the test including accommodation.

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

  • English, Good level of written and spoken – verified
  • Positive to physical work
  • Having a good health condition
  • Drivers’ licence (B) recommended
  • Experience as a waiter or similar (preferably a minimum of 2-5 years documented)

Preferred candidates’ profile

A flexible person who is fit probably can communicate in English and previously have worked at least some years in a restaurant, café, hotel, bar, or similar. Used to teamwork.  

Selection process:

From the CV in English, the hotel management will conduct together with the Dolphin team an online interview with the candidate. If the candidate passes interviews the next is to travel to the site and conduct the 14 days arrival probationary test period. If the candidate passes the test the first regular contract will commence.

Task:

The hotel’s restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The served food is a buffet and a la carte. The waiter will attend to the customer’s needs and keep the restaurant tidy with the wider team.

Info about company:

Well-established hotel with a modern refurbished kitchen. Most staff are Swedish including Restaurant Manager. All staff speaks English.

Accommodation:

Accommodation at the site or in a villa a few kilometres from the hotel. follows Dolphin Group standards (that include Wi-Fi 24/7, access to a fully equipped kitchen, own bedroom, access to the living room, toilet/shower). Cleaning at the accommodation is handled by the candidates.

Travel:

Paid travel to and from the country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company for the 14-day test.

In case of longer commitment through a service agreement travel may not be included but forms part of the overall payment for the services performed.

Membership in Dolphin Group recruitment company, self-employment in Sweden (Swedish: taxation and affiliation for social security). Assistance from the Dolphin backup team.

The client will supply work cloth.

The candidate will supply bedclothes.
