The arrival test period is 14 days. Followed by a 3 month contract if successful. Followed by a plus 12 month contract renewable.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 45 hours per week (can become more). Work is following planned shifts. Some weekend work can occur.
Pay per hour:
Payment is assed due to skills and through the process. At the test (first 2 weeks) the payment is Euro 14.
For regular agreement after testing it might remain the same for a period as the test or get increased by each contract. The second pay rate after the review is Euro 15 per hour and the high rate is Euro 16 at the desecration of the ultimate client.
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level – once long -term usual fiscal charge by deductions reduced to 30% when resident).
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Fair and communicative English
- Drivers licence B
- Experience with the tractor is a plus
- Experience animals in particular pigs
- Experience in repair of the feeding facilities andequipment is a plus
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition
Thought candidate Profile:
A candidate who has experience in pig farming work with animals and who has experience in the use of a tractor to fertilize straw beds and move pigs. If a candidate in addition is handy with small repairs of equipment it’s a great plus.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from a CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the next period as self-employed in the Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for the loss of time with Euro 14 per hour.
(14 days tests do not apply to the candidate’s residence or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases, arrangements have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Daily routine work with pig production under some supervision (scraping, strawing, feeding, washing, general care and maintenance of pigs). Some of the work by the use of a tractor. Repair work may occur if the candidate is fit for the task.
The ultimate client:
Established pig farm with approximately 480 pigs that are growing to 30 kgs before sale in rotation. 4 persons working (three full-time and one half-time) including a foreman and owner who runs the business.

The accommodation is 100 meters from the workplace on the farm and is a newly refurbished apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and internet WIFI.

Paid travel to and from the country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).
