25th May 2023 until 15th November 2023 with one month break between 10th July 2023 until 10th August 2023.
All workers are welcome to stay in Sweden and can use the same accommodations free of charge.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 40 hours per week
Pay per hour:
Euro 12 per hour
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English (not compulsory except for group leaders)
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
- Driver’s license is a plus
Assessment is done from CV and online interview By Dolphin staff.
Candidate can be sent back if not qualified after 14 days test period.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from the CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the remaining period as self-employed in the Sweden model.
(14 days tests do not apply to the candidate’s residence or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases, arrangements have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Cultivation and Harvest of Pumpkins and regular farm work.
Info about farm:
The manager is the farmer who is Swedish. A few extra workers can be at the farm from time to time other nationalities except the ones who are recruited from this recruitment.
Accommodation:
House follows Dolphin Group standards (which include Wi-Fi 24/7). Accommodation is at the farm. Transportation is available at the farm for use and also to buy domestic supplies nearby on a weekly basis. Supermarket 2 km from the farm.
