Euro 13 per hour – Ordinary farm worker
Euro 14 per hour – Foremen/ English speaker
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English at least for the foreman
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
- Experience with vegetable cultivation and farm work
- Wheel loader experience at least for the foreman
Selection for the test is done from a CV. The test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay. If the test is passed assignment can be agreed upon.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from the CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the remaining period as self-employed in the Sweden model.
(14 days tests do not apply to the candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangements have to be done on a case-to-case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
The work is mainly maintenance of potatoes, sorting potatoes, weeding and working in the park and garden.
