Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- English communicative.
- Driver’s license for car and tractor.
- A spraying license is an added value.
‘Preferred applicant
Motivated tractor driver with a flexible mindset and good health, that has good experience of similar work and that is used to driving tractors. A team player that also enjoys working alone.
Selection for test is done from CV. Test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay per test hour Euro 15 if test is passed assignment can be agreed.
Candidate can be sent back if individual efficiency changes later during contract to non-acceptable levels.
Task:
Tasks will be given depending on skills:
- Different types of work with tractors on strawberry fields, such as harrowing, strawing, and making beds.
- Preparation work for strawberry planting, helping to build strawberry tunnels and similar work.
- Also, common farm related tasks where help is needed could also be maintenance and repairs.
Client Company:
Swedish management, different nationalities of staff in the workplace, Mostly from Lithuania, but also from Bulgaria, Poland and Ukraine. The supervisors are from Lithuania.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is arranged and meets Dolphin Group standards (that include Wi-Fi 24/7). Caravan or cottage with electricity and bedding and have access to fully equipped kitchen, shower, washing machine, drying cabinet, and bicycle. Each facility is shared by two workers.
All work fields are about 3-5 km away from the place of residence.
The nearest grocery store, ATM and pharmacy are 3.5 km away. Transportation solutions are provided by the client.
