No of hours per week:
Minimum 40h / week.
(Every day Monday to Friday 8-9 hours, on Saturday about 5 hours but not every Saturday, Sunday always free. Some days less work and then another day more work but we avoid working longer than 10 hours.)
Pay per hour:
Euro 14 / h
(open for Swedish Self-Employment and posted foreign self-employment, rules apply respectively)
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- English communicative or Lithuanian
- Experience in salad harvesting or similar
- Good health condition
- Tractor driving skill is a plus
‘Preferred applicant
Motivated and flexible person who can help out all around in farm and a team player. Person should be able to harvest salad using a knife and preferably if can drive a tractor but it’s not a condition.
It is highly recommended for candidate to bring own car.
Selection for test is done from CV. Test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay per test hour Euro 14 if test is passed assignment can be agreed.
Candidate can be sent back if individual efficiency changes later during contract to non-acceptable levels.
Task:
Harvest salad with a knife. Control over the quality of each salad. Carry boxes to the cart. Flexibility and accept that there will sometimes be other tasks, like:
- Clean leeks
- Pick weeds
- Fold paper boxes in the hall
- Clean salad inside the hall together with a group of3 people.
Info about farm:
Swedish management, different nationalities of staff in the workplace, Mostly from Lithuania. Supervisors are from Lithuania.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is arranged and meets Dolphin Group standards (that includes Wi-Fi 24/7). House of 6 rooms each have access to own bedroom but shared fully equipped kitchen, shower, and living room with other colleagues.
All work fields are about 7 km away from the place of residence.
Farm can offer bicycles but if candidate can bring their own car, farm will pay for petrol consumption from place of residence to the field.
The nearest grocery store, ATM and pharmacy are 2.5 km away.
