Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English or Swedish
- Experience in dealing with animals (specially cows).
- Having good health condition
- Driver’s license is a plus
Selection for test is done from CV. Test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay per test hour Euro 13.50. If test is passed assignment can be agreed.
Candidate can be sent back if individual efficiency changes later during contract to non-acceptable levels.
Task:
The tasks consist of milking and dairy farm of about 60 cows, taking care of cows and dealing with day to day tasks, feeding, cleaning and operating milking machinery and more.
About the farm:
The farm is run as a family business with a father and three sons sharing the responsibility, then there are two employees from Lithuania. Client have dairy cows on two farms and they building a new barn with 4 milking robots. They also grow hay and cereals.
Accommodation:
Accommodation consists of an apartment with 1 bedroom and kitchen plus toilet. Shower is in the barn. The apartment is located 150m from the barn. Apartment follows Dolphin Group standards (that Includes access to bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & Wi-Fi 24/7).
The workplace is located 7km from the nearest community with a grocery store and about 15km from the city center.
Transport solution can be arranged.
