Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

Communicative English, German or Swedish
Positive to physical work
Having good health condition
Drivers’ licence is a plus

Preferred candidates profile (not fully compulsory but a guidance as work is monotonous): Persons healthy and physically strong, not overweight, or with or previous medical conditions such as bad back, or problems with arms/legs. Age – group 30 – 40 years, length 1.75 cm to 1.84 cm. Accommodation bedroom is share for 2 persons.

Selection for test is done from CV. Test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay. If test is passed assignment can be agreed.

Candidate can be sent back if not qualified after arrival.

Task:

Harvest vegetables Cabbage, Culiflower, Red Cabbage (Swedish: Vitkål, Blomkål, Rödkål), Sort out potato on harvest machine, cut Celeriac (Swedish: Rotselleri).

Info about farm:

Manager is the farmer who is Swedish. There are three workers from Romania working at the farm (one of them with 9 years experience). A few extra workers from time to time on hour basis living in Sweden.

Accommodation:

House follows Dolphin Group standards (that include Wi-Fi 24/7). Accommodation is at the farm. Person will have shared bedroom for the 2 Dolphin candidates, and they share fully equipped kitchen, toilet/shower with Romanians. Photos enclosed.

Transportation is available at farm for use also to buy domestic supplies nearby on weekly basis.
