Approximately during May 2022 to 30th September 2022 with possible prolongation depending on weather and demand.

No of hours per week:

Minimum 40 hours per week and up to 60 hours per week (free days every week but some work can occur on weekends).

Pay per hour:

Euro 18.18 (expected net Euro 10.00)

Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 45% – depend on annual income level)

Expected net earnings on the contract Euro 9,000 to Euro 12,000 depending on length and time of contract.

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

Experience in work as painter (mainly outdoor)
Positive to physical work
Efficiency at work
Having good health condition
Not afraid of working at heights
Used to work on scaffolding or sky lift is a plus
Used to handle spray painting is a plus
English is a plus
Drivers licence B’ is a plus

Selection process:

Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate for painter test. Test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay of Euro 18.18/h. If test is passed assignment can be agreed.

Candidate can be sent back if not qualified after arrival.

Task:

Painting outdoor, mainly wooden surface but other painting jobs can occur.

Work is usually done in pair of two persons and one car driving to the different assignments. Some work can be in larger group. Two working together is always from same nationality.

Accommodation:

Accommodation with high standard follows Dolphin Group standards (that includes WI-FI 24/7 and TV). Accommodation is nearby project. Person will have own bedroom but can share living-rooms, kitchen and toilet/shower.
