Selection for test is done from CV. Test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay. If test is passed assignment can be agreed.
Preferred candidates’ profile
Person need to be careful and make sure that the right milk goes to the milk tank. Enjoy the cows and make sure they have it well. Experience from milking a few years and a feeling for the work.

Task:
Milking takes place three times a day at 5 am, 1pm and 9 pm. Milking cows in Pit (A Pit is what the Cows stand on). One person will normally milk two slots per day 6 days a week. Each slot takes about 4 hours if done by a single person. If done by two persons each slot takes half time.

Farm got 152 cows to milk. Milking takes place in cow shed.
In older cow shed there is newly bred cows, meat cows and young cows. Outside there are calf huts with small calves and calf shed. It’s a family farm with Swedish staff.
