Assessment is done from CV and if at arrival not living up to what is in CV – sent back.
Farm worker needs to milk cows and feed calves / cows, feeding cows, cleaning out calf pens, general farm work. Work depends on how busy is schedule. However an ordinary day would start at 06.30 am by milking cows in the morning; feeding calves. After breakfast break, clean up calf pens; sort out cows / feed cows / move calves, post lunch break get ready for evening milking at 3.40 pm finish day at 5.30 pm – 6.00 pm.
The farm is managed by client who is Irish. He has the help of his father in law and one other Irish person.
Accommodation nearby work, Dolphin Group standards (that include WI-FI 24/7).
Private room inside a fully equipped mobile house with heating and gas fire cooker, access to hot water there is a small charge to worker on electric usage. Cost could be €30~40 per week. That’s gas and electricity. Photos enclosed.
Grocery shops are about 200 meters from accommodation. However client is ready to provide bicycle.
Paid travel to and from country of origin by Dolphin Group.
Client advise worker to bring some work cloths /old cloths, we can provide wellingtons and wet gear if needed but it would cost if bought new and will be deducted from salary.
