Number of people:

(one can be roofer and one concrete and general builder).

Period:

180 days from arrival.

No of hours per week:

Minimum 50 – 60 hours per week (free days every week but some work can occur on weekends).

Pay per hour:

Euro 13,00

Special Bonus: Selected candidate get Euro 100 with first advance if arrived in maximum 5 days from getting contractors agreement.

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

  • Experience in construction work
  • Experience in concrete work
  • Experience in roofing work especially steel
  • Experience to handle self-control of tasks
  • It’s a plus if experienced to work with tiles
  • Positive to physical work
  • Having good health condition
  • English communicative or Swedish, Finnish or Russian (If two candidates speak same native language it’s enough that one master any of the languages preferred)
  • Efficient at work
  • Drivers license type B’

Assessment is done from CV and first two days at arrival who counts as test. If approved, working day 3 the first two days will count as workdays.Candidate can be sent back if individual efficiency changes later during contract to nonacceptable levels.

Task:

Small construction company family operated that mainly work towards private clients. Work takes place on numerous objects over the period. Work is all type of construction work but with focus on roofing and concrete. With roofing it can involve changing roof, taking away old roof and placing a new roof. Some work can be painting. Work is mainly outdoor.

Managed by owner (Swedish/Finnish).

Car to use:

Car is supplied for work by ultimate client.

Accommodation:

Dolphin Group minimum ethical standards including Wi-Fi 24/7. The accommodation is in a new house and used by the two persons. Accommodation include shared bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Accommodation is minimum 5 minutes to maximum 60 minutes’ drive one way from work locations depending on the location of each client. Pay for loss to time to work takes place if work is more than 60 minutes from accommodation one way.
